Revolutionary Insight
For ESB, making great sounding speakers is not enough. ESB goes beyond conventional loudspeaker development by considering other critical factors such as the listening environment and soundstage. For years, we’ve employed UMA (Unit Medium High), DSR (Distributed Spectrum Radiation), and DSR/DSP (Digital Signal Processing).
Car Audio
ESB has transferred all the experience and innovation from its 55 years of audio leadership into its Car Audio line of products. Our automotive speakers have the same performance as home loudspeakers, yet are engineered to accurately reproduce music in a vehicle’s challenging acoustic environment.

The listening environment and soundstage have been the subjects of extensive research at ESB, just as the quality of the drivers has been a key factor in ESB’s research and development. ESB has one of the world's largest anechoic chambers (it can support frequencies as low as 20 Hz and permits measurements up to 3 meters away), reverberation chambers, and more environments to simulate different car cabin conditions, etc. These are the technical tools that have allowed our engineers to accurately measure and analyze ESB speakers for 50+ years. But the instruments and computers were never the final solution. Listening has always been the factor that determines the final choices… subjective listening by our Italian acoustic engineers who have always had a passion for music (of the genre). They have developed, over many generations, hearing that is sensitive and refined, allowing us to live up to ESB’s motto: Come dal vivo: “As Good As Live.”
New High-End Speaker Series
The new 9000 Series are the most technologically advanced car audio speakers ever produced, and one of the most elegant. Technology and design come together in a new and unusual aesthetic thanks to the particular “flower” shape of the flange around the tweeter dome, and the baskets of the cone speakers. But the unique shape was not born out of the need to meet a specific aesthetic factor. Rather, it is an expression of our innovation.
8000 - Elevated To Perfection
The 8000 Series can be considered the direct heir to the 7000 Series. The goal was to renew a variety of speakers in itself exceptional, with the help of the latest technologies and the use of the best materials available today, always with installation versatility in mind. Key to the development of this type of car speaker system was to build on their exceptional musicality. In the 8000 Series, every detail was treated with the utmost care, from the choice of materials, the forms, construction and finishing of the baskets, to the ventilation systems of the magnets and voice coils. We have improved what was thought to be difficult to improve and we strongly believe we have laid the foundation for a new series of exceptional car speakers.
Research at The Highest Level
The ESB 3000 Series was developed as a family of speakers and passive crossover networks. All components have been engineered and assembled with a great commitment to the research and development of materials, while applying engineering solutions of the highest level, and maintaining great attention to detail.
